A BIT ABOUT ME
As a professional trainer, my passion is to guide my clients towards a healthier lifestyle. Everybody is unique, with their own strengths and limitations. My method is to build a custom plan based on your health, schedule and more importantly, fitness goals. I aim to help you move your body better and influence you to make more mindful decisions when it comes to your health.

I have been married to my husband, Eric, for 24 years. Together we have two beautiful children, Zachary is a sophomore at UW-Stout and Annabelle is a freshman and UW-Eau Claire.

I enjoy exercising (of course), traveling, hiking, boating, reading, cooking and spending time with friends and family.

MY OFFERINGS
All sessions are 30 minutes in length.
ONE ON ONE TRAINING
Work with me one on one in-person or via FaceTime. I will personalize a workout program for you based on your fitness level, your health considerations, and your goals. Let me help you stay accountable and motivated!
SMALL GROUP TRAINING VIA FACEBOOK LIVE
You will be given access to a private Facebook Group where you can tune in Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 10am to watch and do the workout live with me. The workouts are recorded so you are able to access them anytime and complete at another time, if that is more convenient to you.
PARTNER CIRCUIT TRAINING
Share the cost of training with a partner! Circuit training is a form of body conditioning that involves endurance training, resistance training, high-intensity aerobics, and exercises performed in a circuit, similar to high-intensity interval training. It targets strength building and muscular endurance.
Superior Fitness is such an appropriate name for Sheri. She has been my trainer for the past 7Â years. She is very knowledgeable and is always able to personalize your training time to your needs and fitness level. She is so excellent at listening to you and able to modify your exercise time to what you and your body needs. I am so thankful for her over the years because I not only lost a lot of weight, I have increased my strength, balance and comfort level with exercise. I enjoy working out with her and look forward to our times together.

Sheri is such a great trainer. As we are going through the routine she gives you options related to each exercise. If you're not ready for certain exercises she will give you options to fit your fitness level. And she also encourages you to work to your strength. With reminders to watch your form. Very helpful. I love the fact I can do workouts live or at my convenience. Sheri also puts workouts together that you can do while traveling.  No extra equipment needed. I’ve been working out with Sheri for years and highly recommend for any fitness level.

Sheri has been my strength and fitness trainer since early 2018 and I attribute improvements in strength and balance to her! Her classes via FB are as effective as in person classes--the tips about form do's and don'ts, alternatives available if one has an injury or lacks a piece of equipment, healthy eating tips and reminders to stretch are all part of it. And, the classes are conducted in a relaxed but efficient way. When finished, you know you have had a workout!
